In a daring ranger raid on German Cisternia [sic] positions three months ago this American soldier was cut off and killed in enemy territory. Tully served with the Signal Corps in Italy and North Africa documenting the 5th Army specifically. Later he was Commander of Camp Crowder, Missouri.
