Under new territorial boundaries agreed upon by the allies, the Russian Army moves in to take over the Leipzig territory now occupied by American troops. Signal Corps cameraman, Sgt. Harold [illegible] Hershey, Washington, D.C. (left), and his assistance, Pfc. George J.
