Photograph, aerial. British convoy at sea on a cloudy day. Translation of official German caption on photo reverse: "A German long-range bomber attacks a British convoy. A single German bomber sights a large English convoy and attacks immediately. A total of 7,000 tons of merchant ship capacity was sunk and a further 10,000 tons seriously damaged. The same airplane had on its previous flight sunk 9,600 tons and seriously damaged 12,000 tons. No location, 22/2/41." English Channel or Atlantic Ocean. 22 February 1941
