Items from the service of William Walter Gugel including discharge papers, letters, military correspondence, photographs, a scrapbook, and maps. Gugel was part of the 754th Military Police Battalion with the 9th Service Command aiding in Japanese internment efforts as part of the War Relocation Authority at Camp Tule Lake, California. He shipped out from San Francisco in 1945 to serve as part of the Military Police Command in the Philippines.
